We offer affordable shipping rates via USPS. Available rates and transit times will be automatically calculated during checkout.
We begin processing your order as soon as we receive it. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is shipped.
Once orders are shipped and the tracking number is sent, shipping is controlled by USPS and out of our control. Packages should arrive within 3-6 business days; due to COVID-19, shipment may be delayed to 7 to 10 business days. If for any reason your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days or there is an issue with your order, please contact us.
MISSING OR STOLEN
We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages. We are not responsible for shipping addresses that were incorrectly entered at checkout.
At this time, we are not offering International shipping.

CAN YOU CHANGE IT?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. Harmony Blaze Co. does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
We will gladly re-ship orders but Harmony Blaze Co. will not be responsible for the shipping costs on returned items. Customer must pay for shipping cost and a 10% processing fee.
Return & Exchange Policy
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery via email at email@example.com..
Note: Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. If you used an E-Gift Card to purchase your item(s), please reuse the E-Gift Card on your next purchase.
Harmony Blaze Co. does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.
You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price.
